XXL Magazine stepped up to review our favorite duo’s new mixtape that was released a few weeks ago. Neil Martinez-Belkin did the review, and he gave it an L. If you dont know, the ratings on the site go up from S to XXL.

Personally I think the tape deserves atleast an XL, mainly because I feel it is a great mixtape, yet it isn’t what The Swelly Express was. Martinez-Belkin seems to feel the same way about it, he says “While PB&S showcases a big step up in production value for Chiddy Bang, it does lack the narrative feel of their first mixtape The Swelly Express…”. He does say though that the mixtape is great to keep up the hype for Breakfast, which is planned to release later into the year.

Although I would give the mixtape an XL, the site gave it a L, but don’t let that stop you from listening. They gave the beats a XL, and the lyrics and quality received an L, although I disagree with those. But trust me, Chiddy and Xaph do it as swelly as ever with Peanut Butter And Swelly, so if you haven’t yet, be sure to give it a listen!
