The Hip Hop Update sat down with Xaphoon Jones and Chiddy for this exclusive interview.  There are two parts to the interview so make sure you watch both of them.  In the first video the boys talk about their first show at Swarthmore College, Kanye West’s new single “Power,” sampling UK artists, and how Xaphoon lost his tooth.

In the second part Chiddy Bang gives some more details on the upcoming album, addressing some of the rumored collaborations. Chiddy talks about the origins of the word “swelly” and Xaphoon gives us his various pseudonyms, including Duke Swellington.
